IT'S ANOTHER BLUE MOON MONTH - That means an extra dance
opportunity, and a chance for some of our coming-along callers and
musicians to do their thing again. There has been the occasional
hiccup - last time we had some scrambling to reconfigure the sound
system between bands, and there were so many musicians who took
advantage of the opportunity to play - not just beginners, but
excellent seasoned musicians who wanted to play with a different
group of folks just for the pleasure of it -that our sound system
proved inadequate to cover everyone. We're working on that though...A
new mixer and a new amplifier have been ordered and may be available
for our May dances. Anyway, each one of our Blue Moon dances has been
a really successful event, and we hope to continue that. Callers get

you want to play. Also, Chuck would welcome comments and suggestions
from the floor on how you dancers and participants feel the Blue

label for the year and month when your membership expires. If your
time is approaching, make your check for $8.00 payable to Katrina
Coupland and mail to 3604 Mae Dr., Huntsville, AL 35801 for a one
year renewal; or pay at the next dance. (You don't have to wait till
the last minute: we tack early renewals onto the end of your current
subscription). Comes with $1 discount for each family member on all
NACDS dances (excluding the Christmas Dance).
